Shipping Protection Policy
1. Scope of Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service that can be added at checkout. It provides coverage for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit from our supplier to the delivery address provided by the customer.
This service applies exclusively to shipping-related incidents and does not replace or limit any statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the rights under our Refund Policy.
2. What Is Covered
Shipping Protection covers the following situations occurring during delivery:

Loss of the package confirmed by the carrier

Damage to the product caused during transportation

Theft of the package after confirmed delivery, where carrier tracking shows successful delivery and a theft report is provided
In these cases, the customer is entitled to either:

A free replacement of the affected item, or
-
A refund of the purchase price, at our discretion
3. What Is Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not apply in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but taken by a third party without proof of theft

Delays in delivery that do not result in loss, damage, or theft

Damage caused after successful delivery

Claims made outside the reporting period

Customs seizures or delays

Customer refusal of delivery
4. Claim Process
To file a Shipping Protection claim, the customer must:

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date

Provide order number and tracking information

Provide photos in case of damage
-
Provide a theft confirmation if required

5. Relationship to Refund & Return Policy
Shipping Protection is independent from our standard Refund Policy and does not affect the customer’s legal right to:

14-day withdrawal under EU law

30-day return policy
-
Warranty and statutory defect rights
If an item is eligible for return under our Refund Policy, Shipping Protection does not replace or override those rights.
6. Legal Nature of the Service
Shipping Protection is a service fee for risk coverage during transit. It is not an insurance product and does not constitute an insurance contract.
